We do all day rentals (based on an 8 hour day).  Most of our inflatables are delivered and set up in the morning hours (between 7-11) and picked up in the evening hours (pickup starts at 6). This lengthy rental period sets us apart from our competitors. Should you have a special circumstance, please let us know. We will be as flexible as possible when working with you and your schedule. One day prior to your event we will call to confirm your delivery and pick up times.

Yes! We provide free delivery to the Shelby county area, outside of Shelby County there may be a small delivery fee depending on location. We deliver all of our equipment and come back to take it down at the end of your event.  All About that Bounce helps to alleviate the stress that comes from planning a party by ensuring that all equipment is clean and ready to go. Set-up takes approximately 30-45 minutes and includes our staff reviewing all the safety rules and regulations with the responsible party.

Normally each inflatable runs off a regular 110v dedicated outlet on a 20 AMP circuit – this is usually what you would consider a “normal plug” in most homes and businesses.   Some of our inflatables will require 2 dedicated outlets. Each outlet must be located within 75 feet of each unit. All About that Bounce will provide the necessary extension cord in order to reach your power source. Generators can be used if either of these conditions cannot be met but we do not provide at this time nor rent.

Inflatables can be placed on grass, pavement, concrete, hardwood or low carpeting – indoors or out.  Please make sure the area where the inflatable will be set up is cleared of any debris, including, but not limited to, sharp objects, rocks, sticks, mud, chemicals, animal droppings and standing water.   Also please do not cut the grass 3-4 days before delivery. We need to know the kind of surface prior to delivery so that the necessary equipment can be brought to safely secure your inflatable.

Yes, to ensure a good selection during our peak season April-October, we suggest you call us several weeks ahead of time for a bouncer and as much as three months ahead of time if you are planning a large event such as a school or church carnival, company picnic, or community event. The earlier you book, the greater your selection. However, we are happy to help with last-minute plans.

Absolutely!! All About that Bounce in fully insured for general liability coverage.  We are only responsible for our own negligence, not yours. In reserving your bounce house you will be required to sign a rental agreement and “General Release and Hold Harmless” form that lists specific terms and conditions of the rental.

The State of KY has very specific requirements regarding insurance coverage for inflatable attractions. Once the insurance is obtained our policy must be reviewed by the KY Department of Agriculture to insure proper coverage is in place.

The amount of room required varies with each piece of equipment. Click on the detail link of each inflatable to review its size. As a rule of thumb, you should add 5′ to the width and 10′ to the length of any inflatable. In addition, please be sure there is proper overhead clearance for the unit you are renting. We are happy to discuss space requirements when you make a reservation.

For the safety of the participants, each piece of our equipment requires at least one adult supervisor at all times. Some of our larger pieces, such as slides and obstacle courses, require at least two adult supervisors. We cannot over-emphasize the need for adult supervision at all times. Accidents on equipment generally come from too many children on the unit or children of varying sizes on the unit at the same time. Supervisors should monitor the amount of children and make sure they’re acting in a responsible manner.

Our worry free rain/wind cancellation policy lets you cancel up to the day of your party/event. There are absolutely NO fees associated with having to cancel due to rainy/windy conditions.  You have up to 2 hours before your scheduled drop off time to notify us. If you decide to keep your reservation, payment in full will be required and no refund will be available. We cannot set up in high Winds or if it is actively raining. We also reserve the right to cancel, postpone or pick up early if conditions are or become unsafe.

During the summer, the local forecast almost always includes a slight chance of an isolated shower or thunderstorm, as that is expected with excessive heat. Please make sure when you are judging the weather for your party that you consult the hourly forecast on Weather.com as that forecast will better predict rain during the actual hours of your event.

* Rainy Conditions are described as:

– A 50% or higher chance of rain during the hours of your party.

– The forecast that All about that Bounce will rely upon will be verified by Weather.com as it pertains to your location.

Should you decide to take the inflatable and it begins to rain, you simply need to unplug and cover the blower until it stops. Please keep in mind that the inflatables cannot be operated in wind over 15mph or in the rain. Our inflatable equipment often gets caught in a summer passing shower, water will not hurt the inflatable. Our main concern is the safety of your guests, so we simply ask that when the rain stops, use a dry towel to wipe off the water and resume use.

During the colder months of the season, we do not rent out if the temperature reaches 50 degrees Fahrenheit or lower at any point that the unit will be outside due to protecting the units as the vinyl becomes fragile and stiff in colder weather. Keep in mind this applies to outdoor events only, inside events are good to go.

We understand that things come up and you may need to change your rental date or cancel for whatever reason. We just ask that you let us know as soon as possible about change of plans.

Absolutely! Our commitment to the safety and health of your guests is our top priority. We thoroughly clean and sanitize our inflatables after each use. All About that Bounce only rents inflatable attractions certified annually by the KY Agriculture Department Amusement Ride Safety program.

It’s easy – you can order online, email us, or call  502-851-7596. We will discuss your event and help you determine what is most appropriate for your group. Commercial and public event prices and policies may change. Please call us to inquire.

Generally speaking no food or drink, no shoes, no sharp objects, sand and NO SILLY STRING. No wrestling/rough housing, no hanging on the netting or climbing on the sidewalls. We will provide a safety sheet upon arrival

If there is a defect in the inflatable, there will be no charge. Depending on the situation, if the inflatable is damaged due to a preventable circumstance….(example: dog chewed on it, someone cut it with a knife, or sharp object on clothes, or SILLY STRING) then a repair fee will be incurred.

Absolutely. You will need to reserve the area and get a permit if necessary and fill out all necessary paperwork. All About that Bounce is inspected and insured should they require documentation. Please be sure to ask when reserving park space if there is electricity available. If not you will need to provide a generator.
